Annette Mitchell, owner of Marketing Plus LLC, has been in the Real Estate business for over 9 years.  She has dealt with all phases of running a Real Estate Office from being a personal assistant, licensed realtor and transaction coordinator to finally opening her own business to assist others with running a more efficient operation by performing day-to-day operations that are time consuming.

Annette entered the Real Estate field as a personal assistant.  As an assistant she learned the daily working of an office from the general office duties to tracking each individual transaction from listing to closing.  She received her Texas Real Estate License in June, 1999 and started negotiating contracts.  Marketing Plus was opened in May, 2001 with the goal of helping other Realtors in their day-to-day activities from fliers to transaction coordination.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, PREVA and IREAA (Formally CyberStarVAs), Annette has many different resources to draw on in order to help other Realtors succeed.
